RAYMOND BOARD OF SELECTMEN MINUTES 02-01-03 APPROVED 02-10-03

The meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. by Chairman Harold Wood. The meeting took place at Raymond High School. Members present: Norm Weldy, Wayne Welch and Paul Brown. Also present: Town Manager Richard C. Bates.

Article #18 - The Budget Committee did not recommend this article, however the Board of Selectmen did.

The Board discussed whether to offer an amendment to apply the $5,000 towards this or leave it as is. The Board agreed to place this article on the floor as is.

Article #19 - The Budget Committee reduced the bottom line amount by $21,000. Town Manager Bates had the department heads revise their numbers and the Board of Selectmen need to decide if the revised list is appropriate. The Board of Selectmen agreed to submit the revised list for this article.

MOTION: Selectman Welch made a motion to retire to deliberative session and to adjourn when the deliberative session is officially adjourned. Selectman Weldy seconded. Voted unanimously in the affirmative.
