The above named property owner hereby is permitted to conduct a Yard Sale on his/her property as noted above, in accordance with the provisions of the Raymond Zoning Ordinance and with the statutes of the State of New Hampshire. Adequate space shall be provided on the property to safely accommodate all vehicles attracted.

This permit may be revoked in the interest of the public's safety by any official of the town.
